Blockchain juggernaut Huobi announced that it has reopened eligibility for its Huobi Global Elites program, which commenced immediately after the publishing of a blog post containing the announcement yesterday, September 26.
Huobi Global Elites
The aforementioned program is designed to establish strategic partnerships with notable blockchain influencers, wealth management companies, funds, brokerages, equity investment houses, proprietary exchanges, and other complementary and distinct entities in the financial technology (fintech) industry.
Huobi will also award two (2) Bitcoins for those who would be able to introduce Huobi and its Global Elites program to potential candidates who are successfully accepted in the program, beginning this month. On the other hand, those who will join the said program would be entitled to higher rebate tiers.
The multifaceted scheme appears to be partly a client referral program, a business collaboration, and a business networking initiative, which will prove beneficial both to Huobi and to future members.
New Club In The House
Ethan Ng, Marketing and Events Lead at Huobi, also shared the details of the program while giving a speech at the 2018 Blockchain Pioneers Summit held in Singapore on September 21.
“There is a new crypto elite club in the house. Our Global Elites program is designed from the ground up to create win-win relationships between Huobi and influential members of both the crypto and traditional financial communities.”
He expounded on the program, saying that those who would become members of the Global Elite program will earn a profit-sharing bonus of 40 percent of the trading fees for all businesses that they will be bringing in. Also, they would be provided access to cutting-edge Huobi-generated market research first before they become available for public access, not to mention having more opportunities to world-class networking with each other and with Huobi’s other partners.
“We’ve actually seen quite a bit of activity in this area,” Ng said. “All told, we’ve entered into strategic partnerships of one kind or another with 53 percent of our partners.”
