In a Medium post published on September 21, South Korean blockchain developer Yggdrash announced that it was launching their testnet on September 27.
The Yggdrash Testnet implements multichain on the testnet for the first time, taking significant strides in solving the issues of speed and scalability. The testnet has also been designed to provide an optimized end-user interface and user experience, a facet of design often overlooked by other projects.
The firm has also increased accessibility and usability by making the interface look like a familiar explorer. Users can search and view the latest blocks, recent transactions, branches registered on the Stem Chain, all blocks, each block, branch’s specifications and directions of multichain implementations. In future updates, users will be provided the means to search all branches of the Stem Chain.
Dong-wook Seo, CEO of Yggdrash, said in a statement about the upcoming launch that:
“Yggdrash is dreaming of a huge ecosystem which keeps expanding based on trust. In the testnet v0.0.1, we focused on drawing an agreement from users by clearly visualizing the concept, and we will further develop it so that they can test the multi-dimensional blockchain while freely registering, modifying and viewing branches on the Stem Chain.”
The testnet will be available at https://testnet.yggdrash.io starting September 27. An introductory video for the testnet can be viewed at www.yggdrash.io.
