Coinme, America’s first licensed Bitcoin ATM and provider of crypto and blockchain financial services has chosen a veteran Fortune 500 executive and leader in the global financial services industry, Chris Roling as its new CFO.

Coinme, the first licensed Bitcoin ATM in the United States and also a crypto financial services company, announced that Chris Roling, a veteran Fortune 500 executive and leader in the global financial services industry, will serve as the new Chief Financial Officer of the company.

Chris Roling To Help Global Initiatives

Chris Roling was appointed as Coinme’s CFO, as he brings over 30 years of experience at public and private companies around the world, having held executive-level positions there.

The company sees Roling as an asset in its mission to bestow cryptocurrency access to the world.

Neil Bergquist, the Co-Founder and CEO of Coinme has cited Roling’s involvement in global expansion as a key experience in helping grow Coinme’s global footprint.

Roling’s Career And Coinme’s Mission

Roling will succeed Steve Olson, the previous CFO of Coinme who has worked for the company since 2014.

Most recently, Roling was a partner at Ernst & Young (EY) in Hong Kong, managing mergers and acquisitions advisory services in addition to private equity value creation initiatives across the Asia-Pacific region.

Roling has held several executive positions before joining Ernst & Young, including that of Partner and Managing Director at Sailing Capital, one of the largest and most renowned Chinese venture capital and private equity funds in Hong Kong. He was also the CFO of Getty Images, Aventail, and a regional CFO for the Kellogg Company and PepsiCo.

Roling considers cryptocurrency to have the potential to transform business and brings many benefits to the industry.

The new CFO said:
