The exhibit, which will be held at COEX in Seoul, South Korea, will commence on September 19th and end on the 21st. The annual event boasts over 40,000 attendees including purchasers, developers, and investors, and is hosted by the Real Estate Blockchain Institute (RBI).
Dream Chain will present its proprietary technology, which it claims to guarantee “secure, efficient, and optimal transactions” in the entire value chain of the real estate industry. Also, it offers a solution to various problems that are endemic to the said industry.
A Dream Chain representative said:
“On the 19th, on the first day of the Expo, during the Blockchain Knowledge Forum, we are expecting a big response to our business model. We will have concrete business discussions with VIPs and investors on the evenings of September 19 and 20. We will also explain our detailed business model with potential and current partners.”
Furthermore, Dream Chain wrote that when its technology has been integrated into real estate transactions, sources of conflicts for possession between the trading partners would disappear, all the while ensuring fairness and transparency.
The Real Estate Blockchain Expo is organized together with the Korea Economic Daily International Real Estate Exhibition, wherein Dream Chain is a major sponsor, and will have its own exhibit house.
Blockchain For Real Estate
Along with Dream Chain are six other strategic partners and Hdac Technology, which is a Hyundai-backed blockchain platform alliance partner with which the real estate platform has began a partnership with just recently.
The two parties signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on August 16. Under the agreement, the aforementioned companies will work together to develop real estate projects based on Hdac’s platform and create blockchain-based smart city projects, to name a few.
“I anticipate that the collaboration with Dream Global Partners will be the first case to present Hdac’s technical potential to the market,” said Michael Yoon, CEO of Hdac Technology Korea. “As of this point, Hdac will put all the efforts to commercialize our platform and as well as expand our ecosystem through incubation of decentralized application (DApp) partners and through the business diversification.”
Hdac will also be exhibiting HEROIT, its own IoT-based smart home solution, at the Real Estate Blockchain Expo.
